IOSA, PRINCIPAL Mission Planner (480th) (61850) Intelligence - Analyst USA-VA-Hampton Security Clearance: TS/SCI Clearance Status: Must be Current Schedule: Full Time : Type of Travel: Continental US Percent of Travel Required: Up to 10% Description Duties and Responsibilities: Generate U-2 navigational tracks to collect multi-intelligence data on enemy targets in support of theater combat, strike, and no-fly zone enforcement plans. Support the management of operational procedures for theater sensor-planning personnel and update positional governing documents and mission crew checklists. Plan and execute FMV and imagery collection for U-2, Global Hawk, Reaper, and Predator reconnaissance missions. Coordinate directly with IMINT, SIGINT and DART operators and analysts and applicable back shops to support mission changes and updates in operational documents, checklist and guidance that modify Standardization and Evaluation, Training, Mission Management. Manage weapons and tactics-related projects. Manage quality control and formal feedback programs to improve theater ISR collection operations. Support mission planning of ISR platforms that support tactical on-the-ground war fighter operations. Develop and document terminology, tactics, techniques and procedures. Develop and present situational awareness data, trend and pattern analyses, all-source analysis reports, briefing products and verbal and textual responses to requests for information. Capture and present DGS measures of performance and ISR mission effectiveness in support of AF ISR Agency and the DCGS weapon system policies, instructions and other supporting documentation, as directed by group leadership. Produce pre-mission briefings, weekly activity reports (WARs), storyboards, and other associated products. Research, write and present mission planning summary reports using national and tactical intelligence databases. Required Qualifications: Completed a commercial, military or Government Imagery Analysis training course. Shall have five (5) years of DCGS weapon system experience. The clearance level required is TS/SCI. Desired Qualifications: Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and ten to twelve years of related experience.
