IP Attorney

Rochester, Buffalo or Upstate NY: Great company is searching for an attorney with 5+ years IP experience, preferably with a corporation and/or medium to large firm. Candidates MUST have software licensing and technology contracts experience; patent prosecution and/or trademark experience helpful but emphasis is on the contracts experience.

Candidates MUST be within reasonable commute to Rochester, Buffalo or Upsate NY area.  May be able to work remotely/from home if not directly in Rochester or further upstate, but must be able to commute at least 1 - 2 days a week to Rochester, NY. 

This is a temporary position that is expected to last approximately 1 year. Great company, great opportunity.
