iPad Developer Job Description: TEKsystems has an immediate need for a mobile application developer with iPad experience. This is a contract that will run until the end of the year and has high possibility to be extended. This person is coming in to help develop mobile applications specifically for the iPad. The goal is to bring access to Siebel and other CRM tools on the iPad for their salesforce. There are roughly 300-400 sales people under this business line. They would like to start rolling out the iPad for about 30-40 sales reps. They currently are running on Siebel as their CRM. Siebel does not have a mobile application for the iPad. They currently have a person in place that has already designed the Siebel app as an icon to sit on the iPad. There are specs, business standards and best practices in place. They just need a Mobile Application to develop the application. They will be responsible for adding features, enhancements and any modifications too. They have other CRM tools and applications that they would like to continue to develop on the iPad once they get Siebel up and running. They have a pricing tool and a business intelligence tool that link up Siebel that will be next on the list to develop for the iPad. The plan is to develop a new application every quarter. This person should have 1-2 years of experience working on mobile applications specifically for the iPad. They should have a strong application development background and be willing to program, code, take part in modifications/enhancements. Having any CRM knowledge is a plus but not mandatory. They can have any exposure with any type of application as long as it is a mobile application and on the iPad. They should have the technical skill set listed below: Must have extensive experience in application development. Must have 1-2 years of experience in mobile application development. Experience with application development specific to IPad. Strong Knowledge of IOS 5, HTML 5, Sensha, JQuery and PhoneGap.
