Description:
Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead. Leads the development team throughout the design, development, enhancement, debug, and implementation phases for the SOA Infrastructure software. Delegates and coordinates the efforts for troubleshooting of production problems related to the software applications. Leads the team through the research, test, build, and conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements. Support Critical Design Reviews (CDR). Oversees person-centric View design.
Responsible for management of resources, EVMS reporting, build schedule management, etc.
Responsible for leading the team through development of the software Infrastructure, Integration and software system migration. Activities to include defining specifications and interfaces, integrating interfaces and COTS software, and application of security patches.

Qualifications:
A Masters degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 10 years directly related experience or a Bachelors degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 12 years directly related experience is also required. Equivalent years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
