IR Derivative Sales recruitment
Huxley Associates is working with a top organization to help them grow their Interest Rate Derivatives Sales Desk. The candidate must have an established, transferable book of business. Main focus on Central Banks, Hedge Funds, Money Managers, etc. The right person will be well versed in repos, agencies, treasuries, bullets, sovereigns, sawps, volatility, etc.This is a VP or higher level role. The candidate must have a strong understanding of other asset classes currencies, commodities, equities, etc. This person will be responsible for helping to drive the team forward and must generate new ideas. Must be a hard worker, determined, not afraid to step out of their comfort zone. You must be comfortable in client facing situations and willing to pick up the phone and cold call, if necessary.
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience
Must be aggressive
Independent, hard working, self starter
MBA, Accounting Experience or technical background a plus
Transferable book of business
