IR research executive and team assistant recruitment
Reporting to: Executive Director – Investor Relations
Job Summary: Responsibilities include:
- Research projects – detailed research for both new business presentations and existing clients
- Prepare briefing summaries ahead of client meetings
- Client work including drafting and distributing invites for results teleconferences and roadshows, issues analysis and press coverage
- Helping to organise logistics for roadshows (AV/catering/printers)
- Interacting with clients, analysts and journalists both on the telephone and face to face at events
- Updating IR section of the company website
- Usage of Reuters, Bloomberg and Datastream systems
- Create new business presentations
- Providing committed and efficient PA and secretarial support to the members of the team
- Diary management – arranging client meetings and team events
- Transcribing
- Database management
- Monitoring the team’s holiday and sickness records
- Arranging complex travel details including visas if required
- General office duties including filing, arranging couriers, monitoring stationery etc

Experience required:
Experience (1-2 years) working at secretarial or assistant level in a busy environment – ideally Corporate or Financial PR/IR or Investment Banking. Working within a team environment. Internet and database research. Roadshow experience would be an advantage
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Good working knowledge of:
- MS Word
- PowerPoint
- Excel
- Windows 2010
- E-mail and Outlook
Plus:

- minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
