They work with Swaps, Options and Exotic product traders, giving them tools to analyze their risk and price trades. The group is responsible for the development and maintenance of these tools across the IRP franchise so that they can be leveraged by all trading desks and, the respective sales teams. In general, we are looking for smart, quantitative, commercial, problem-solving-oriented, proactive candidates with proven track record of delivering robust, high performance software and either with experience of financial markets or a keen interest to learn about them. Experience and Skills
- Excellent applied programming skills in C++
- Experience working with databases or SQL
- Strong quantitative skills
- Strong communication skills
- Judgment -- ability to work on the trading desk under significant time pressure make trade-critical decisions
- Commercial awareness
- Enthusiastic, proactive and driven individual
- Knowledge of financial markets, particularly from a quantitative viewpoint would be an advantage
