As a Product Manager for Dish Online, you will get to drive and own these experiences.
Responsibilities:
- To be an owner and willing to take complete responsibility for the success of your products
- Work to influence key stakeholders at Sling Media, EchoStar and Dish Network
- Create PRDs with input from the Engineering, UI teams, and Dish Network
- Manage the full cycle of software releases, from feature selection to development, test, beta, and launch
- Work with Sling’s in house analytics team to better understand your products and to create reports for the executive team on product usage
- Continuously improve quality and user experience in a competitive and dynamic business environment
- Work closely with Engineering in Boulder, CO and Foster City, CA
- Work closely with product managers and executives to shape and guide new and existing Sling products
- Perform benchmarking and analysis on competing products
Requirements:
- Very strong communications and social skills
- At least 2 years of product management experience
- At least 2 years of experience working with remote engineering teams
- At least 5 years of experience defining, testing, marketing, selling, or developing software products
- A can do attitude
- B.S., Computer Science
