The Department of Surgery at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking candidates for the position of IS Tech Services Professional – Help Desk.  Primary responsibilities of this person are providing microcomputer hardware, software, network and virus protection support.  Candidates must have a broad range of hardware and software skills. This position is responsible for support of a variety of MS Office suite applications and survey tools.

 

The ideal candidate will be proficient in troubleshooting, installing and repairing PC Computer Hardware and Software.  Experience with MAC’s a plus.  Excellent Customer Service skills and are required for this position.
