A well-known and globally established Investment Bank is currently looking for a Documentation specialist to add value to their lively Singapore based Operations team.
Joining a fun and friendly team of around 4 you will be responsible for the drafting, negotiation and execution of ISDA Confirmations. Your product exposure will cover vanilla OTC trades as well as complex structured or exotic trades across global markets.
The daily functionalities of this will incorporate –
- Drafting and review of legal confirmations
- Negotiation of ISDA terms and language
- Liaising with Front Office, Credit and Legal
To secure this role you must have excellent communication skills coupled with good working experience in an ISDA Documentation.
