ISDA Negotiator recruitment

THE ROLE INVOLVES:

Preparation and negotiation of OTC derivatives and master agreements incorporating required credit provisions and related terms for North Asia jurisdictions

Keeping communication a main priority as well as fostering of interaction with and between divisional and regional teams in conjunction with client on-boarding team

Collaborating across divisions and ensuring high standards of integrity, ethics and Risk Management

Assisting various stakeholders and providing sound legal advice related to negotiations

Preparation/maintenance of files and records relating to all documents with respect to negotiation files

Follow-up work, both internally and with counterparts to gather comments, information, review and complete agreements for execution in a timely manner

Organization of execution of completed agreements and dispatch for counterparts signature. Follow-up work to ensure return of signed documents, inform relevant internal departments of executed agreement, completion and closing of files, and update system.

TO QUALIFY YOU MUST POSSESS:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the financial industry

Strong knowledge of ISDA and related agreements

Proven leadership skills in a collaborative culture

Strong verbal and communication skills in English and Asian language are an advantage.

Bachelors degree with an advanced degree preferred

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially under pressure, ability to prioritize
