ISDA Negotiator – Singapore/Hong Kong recruitment
The Company and Team:
- $900,000 to $1,200,000 HKD
- Leading, stable and growing across Asia
- Singapore or Hong Kong based
The role:

Responsible for the drafting, negotiation and completion of Master Agreements and related collateral agreements with counterparties in various jurisdictions

Co-ordinate with and respond to queries relating to the Master Agreements from other functional specialists in the Bank, to resolve legal/credit risk/operational issues and obtain relevant approvals.

Ensure adherence with procedures of the Bank’s documentation standards and maintain/update documentation templates, procedures, etc.
You will have:
- 6 + years working with ISDA documentation negotiations experience ideally from within a similar in-house legal or documentation team.
- English and Chinese language skillset highly desirable
- Proven track record of reporting into VP's and Heads of Legal across Financial Services
