iShares, Bulge Bracket Broker Dealer recruitment

Responsible for supporting Business Development Officer (BDO) on the channel's strategic bulge broker dealer relationships, and tasked with growing iShares' footprint within their institutional brokerage business. Duties include:
• Overall marketing, education and distribution of existing and new iProducts
• Collaboration on advanced education for the institutional buy-side community
• Maintaining relationships among senior managers across the institutional bulge broker dealer
• Coordinate and deliver key iShares partnership objectives within the overall BlackRock relationship at focus firms

Responsibilities:

• Assist Business Development Officers (BDO) in all aspects of the bulge broker dealer Relationship management process.
• Assist with broadening and deepening internal and external distribution of the iShares products across bulge broker dealer platforms.
• Expand knowledge BLK/Shares products and trading to drive deeper implementation and usage across bulge broker dealer platforms.
• Attend client meetings as required.
• Coordinate and structure presentation materials for client meetings.
• Oversee client contact via CRM.
• Maintain intensive and extensive telephone and written contacts with the bulge broker dealers.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to represent BlackRock in a professional manner
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Sales presentation skills
• High energy, motivated individual, commitment to excellence
• Ability to work in a team environment is critical
• Clean compliance record required
• BA/BS degree required
• NASD series 7, 63, and licenses required with 3 months
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office including Powerpoint, Word, and Excel preferred.
