Position Description
The ISR Liaison Officer Analyst/Trainer (ISRLO A/T) will provide ISR subject matter expertise, training and research support for the ISR TOPOFF research and development line of effort. The ISRLO A/T brings to the team an experience and detailed knowledge of Air Force collection management and ISR operations processes. To include an understanding of IMINT/FMV sensors, platforms, products and processes, including dissemination architectures. The ISRLO A/T will support the preparation and execution of CTC rotations, HST events, and in-theater training efforts, with a focus to teach/coach/mentor members of Battalion/Brigade level staffs and intelligence support elements in the integration and synchronization of ISR in order to prepare them for deployments around the world. The ISRLO A/T must be an ISR subject matter expert (SME) who has proven collection management abilities during recent operational deployments to OEF/OND.

The ISRLO A/T develops training material, including Power Point presentations, handouts, pocket-guides, on-line resources, and other intelligence products and media.

The ISRLO A/T will serve as an instructor on various training materials after completing an internal certification process.

Primary Duties Responsibilities:
- ISR Liaison Officer SME that provides detailed knowledge of Air Force collection management and ISR operations processes
- Provides training on deployed IMINT and FMV operations, including the planning, execution, and evaluation of IMINT/FMV support, synchronization with other disciplines, and integration with downrange operations in OEF and other areas.
- Provides training on current, in-theater IMINT/FMV tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TC-PED), including IMINT.FMV request and approval, forms, Essential Elements of Information (EEI) development, and products for Army, Theater, and Joint IMINT/FMV platforms.
- Routinely interfaces with Service, DoD, and special organizations to gain access to current ISR products and TTP in support of courseware development.

Required Skills:
- Associate's Degree with acceptable level of related experience.
- Military intelligence professional, ideally a Non Commissioned Officer (NCO) or mid-level Commissioned Officer with 5 years of solid Air Force Intelligence experience
- Knowledge and experience with Air Force collection management and ISR operations processes
- Recent experience in advising/assisting ground forces on ISR optimization
- Ideal candidate should have recent (within last four years) deployment to USCENTCOM AOR with knowledge of ground and aerial ISR collection capabilities, exploitation, and process experience.
- Superb communication ability, able to read, write, speak with poise and authority is critical
- Willingness to travel both CONUS and OCONUS (20% travel requirement)
- Strong computer-based skills, including word processing, office tools, and graphics programs a must.
- Must have a SECRET security clearance and be eligible to obtain a Top Secret/Special Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
