RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess market needs and current ICS product set and develop business strategy for growing ICS business in key European and Asian markets pursuing both direct sales channels and partnerships

• Manage a small direct sales team, mentoring and developing members of the existing team and recruiting top performing sales personnel as team expands

• Serve as product champion in Europe and Asia as ICS expands its executive compensation and governance tools and capabilities internationally and work with product and marketing teams to ensure professional and impactful market launch of new services

• Collaborate with other members of ICS management team to identify and evaluate growth opportunities and update our product roadmap and business strategy

KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

• Develop an assessment of market opportunity for ICS segmented regionally within Europe and Asia with recommendations for allocation of sales, product, and marketing resources by region

• Establish partnerships and referral relationships with key advisors to issuers in targeted markets

• Build and develop direct sales team with a regional presence and grow sales in Europe and Asia by 50% in Year 1

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sound experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in the area of financial data and analytics

• Strong management skills, including the ability to lead through growth and change

• Strong knowledge of financial markets and participants and ability to develop a market-tailored business strategy. Knowledge of executive compensation and corporate governance a definite plus

• Superior written and oral communication skills, and ability to work well within a team environment

• MBA or other advanced financial degrees a plus

• Proficiency in multiple languages a plus
