We are currently seeking an Corporate Services Compensation Analyst to join our ISS team based in Rockville, Maryland.

Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory services, support, and expertise on executive compensation and corporate governance trends and best practices to senior legal and finance executives at publicly traded companies, law firms and compensation consultants leveraging our cutting edge array of modeling tools and established industry leadership
- Provide support, training and proactive engagement to subscription clients through quarterly account health outreaches, product training sessions, solicitation of client feedback and development and documentation of client relationships
- Assist sales team in demonstrating the value proposition of our products and services. Other contributions include writing articles for our publications, public speaking, development of new product concepts, and enhancement of existing products.
Job requirements:
- BA degree in Finance (Desired)
- 4+ years relevant work experience
- Technical skills (including the ability to quickly learn and train on customized computer applications)
- Excellent verbal/written/customer service interpersonal communication skills
- Prior experience working in a Research Analyst capacity within a Corporate Governance Compensation environment is a decisive asset
