IT Administrator – Romford

IT Administrator, 3-5 years experience of Technical IT Administration, ability to perform IT admin tasks, Romford Essex, £25K salary plus benefits.

Our client is looking for an experienced IT Administrator to join their growing workforce. Candidates need to have at least 3 years relevant experience within the field.

The salary is £25,000 including Health Insurance, Death In Service Insurance, and other benefits on consideration.

Other requirements include:

- Knowledge and understanding of IT terms and technology
- Experience with updating Database Information
- Knowledge of reporting, logging and managing requests/issues (including escalation management)
- Ability to perform IT system admin tasks including basic level setup for share point, user management, configuration maintenance
- Ability to perform functional IT admin tasks (logging, monitoring, reporting, supply ordering control, purchasing)

Responsibilities of the role:

- Maintenance of IT records and Licence Management
- Ordering and Hardware Management
- Application Administration (user admin, records maintenance, data updates)
- Dealing with IT suppliers
- Ensuring all user IT and equipment records are kept up to date and accurate
- Responsibility for ensuring that the electronic storage of IT documents and online manuals are complete and up to date
- Raising business cases and obtaining approvals for IT spend on new hardware, systems
- Sourcing, ordering and delivery tracking of new equipment, renewals and other IT items
