IT Advisory Consultants recruitment

Our client, a leading Big 4 consultancy, has a specific requirement for technology consulting professionals to join their rapidly expanding, financial services focused, IT Advisory department. This area is continually expanding its market share and creating an exemplary business model which has received high levels of investment from the wider company. The IT Advisory team itself is now working across several major change programmes and presents an opportunity to be involved in a growing business with excellent career prospects in a top tier brand. Currently the IT Advisory team stands at approx. 180 consultants with a variety of expertise and it is expected to double in size of the next 12 months creating an agile, entrepreneurial environment for professionals with the required skill set.

Our client is looking to speak to professionals across the data transformation and finance systems change area and at a variety of seniority levels, from executive up to senior manager. You will require experience working in a financial services environment with clear client/stakeholder interaction experience along with a strong technical background. To succeed in this position you will need (can vary with experience level):

*Proven ability to develop business and meet revenue targets (for more senior professionals)
*Technical implementation/delivery experience in one of the following Oracle products - Hyperion, PeopleSoft, OFSA, Oracle GL, OBIEE
*Experience in a financial services environment and an appropriate knowledge of the relevant hot topics (Basel II/III, Solvency II, FATCA, etc.)
*Technical ability in either data (quality, integration, management, migration, architecture or business intelligence) or finance systems change/integration
*Demonstrable client interaction/stakeholder management experience
