IT Application Support Analyst – Switzerland recruitment
IT Application Support Analyst currently needed for a Global Commodities Trading Company in Geneva to work on business applications support for global users.
You will provide 1st/2nd line support, resolve issues, manage and test bug fixes, support release management and train on new functionality.
Key Skills:
- incident and issue management
- live systems
- business application support
- high volume systems
Any knowledge of business intelligence tools particularly (Business Objects or QlikView) would be very helpful.
