- Handles ordering and acquisitions for the division. Ensures compliance with the grant of license for all negotiated contracts. Designs enhancements to the asset management database.
- Ensures compliance with the grant of license for all contracts.
- Enforces procedures to verify unauthorized software is removed and/or replaced.
- Conducts quarterly audits to ensure compliance with current program.
- Leads internal contract discussions and activities.
- Manages administration of asset management system.
- Assists with all software administration responsibilities of the department (acquisition, invoicing, contract renewal or cancellation, etc.)
- Assists Finance with the development of the annual operational hardware/software budget.
- Coordinates invoice validation and administration functions.
- Experienced, fully competent in own area
- Shares own expertise with others; may co-ordinate activities of others/the team
- Completes own role independently or with minimal supervision/guidance
- Has developed specialist knowledge/expertise in one or more than one area
- Applies knowledge/skills to a range of standard and moderately complex activities
- Interprets client needs, assessing the full requirements; identifies solutions to non-standard tasks/queries
- Interprets internal and/or external business issues and best practice in own discipline; applies to own role
- Identifies key issues and patterns in moderately complex situations; takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions
- 3-5 years of related experience
- BA Degree
