The Role
As Internal IT Audit Manager, you will provide independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve the organization's operations. You will help the organization to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
Reporting in to the head of IT Audit, you will lead a team of 5 auditors. The main tasks of the role will include:
- Participate in and/or lead execution of complex audits (pre-, on-site and post-phases)
- Prepare and perform audit working programs, audit engagement procedures, and quality review of audit work papers
- Accurately evaluate the internal control system of the audit unit
- Assume responsibility for the preparation of audit reports summarizing audit findings, risks, and recommendations
- Organize the communication of audit results to the audited management
- Identify and evaluate risks within the audited unit besides the audit scope
The Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, business administration, economics, or engineering
- Certified Information Systems Auditor CISA qualified, preferably Certified Internal Auditor
- At least 5 years' experience in auditing, with 2 years in internal auditing, or equivalent IT/operational experience in international business
- Supervisory or Managerial experience of small teams.
