IT Business Analyst – Asset Management, CRM recruitment

The Business Analyst will fulfil a key role within the IT Team, optimising the use of our systems, improving operational efficiency and managing change within our front office distribution team.

The role will have particular focus on the distribution function in terms of gathering requirements, delivering solutions and supporting end user technical requests, so experience of CRM, Information Delivery and Interface development will be advantageous.

Our Business Analysts are adept in Change Management, and you will be responsible for owning, designing and delivering the reporting architecture/strategy for Client, Management, Operational Regulatory Reporting

Requirements:

• Strong experience working in an Asset Manager / buy-side client, on system implementation supporting Investment Management functional teams

• Understanding of business analysis processes and methods

• Experience within the Distribution, Marketing and Support functions, on Client Reporting and Client Relationship Management Systems (implementation)/

• The candidate should have a technical background, and be able to demonstrate thorough knowledge of the various functions and aspects of an Investment Management System including System Administration and Configuration.

• They will need to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of investment processes and workflows; have a solid understanding of investment instruments, and the types of tools used to support the investment and business operations functions.
