POSITION TITLE: IT Business Analyst
REPORTING TO: Director of IT

Under direction of the Director of IT, the primary role of the IT Business Analysis is to support the company's global implementation of the ERP system rollout. This position will work closely with the Business and IT to understand current and future business objectives, and then work with a broader cross-functional team migrating the current legacy applications and implementing the new ERP system – EPICOR, to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
· Tracks project milestones and deliverables.
· Develops organized and consistent documentation.
· Serves as technical lead in the implementation team, works under severe deadlines and workload, determines and completes tasks and objectives.
· Uses code to solve real business issues.
· Designs, develops, and modifies software solutions, customizations.
· Assists in Data Mapping, System Integration, Interface and Reporting design and development.
· Improves systems by studying current practices; designing and implementing modifications.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of strong IT Business Analyst or System Analyst experience in a fast paced and multi-faceted environment.
· ERP implementation experience. (Epicor experience a big plus.)
· Preferred 5+ year experience with .Net Framework, C#.Net, SQL, Database Administration, XML Web Services, MS Office and Visio.
· Advanced knowledge of IT technologies, databases, devices and networking. EDI experience a plus.
· Must have strong analytical and organizational skills to evaluate complex business requirements and respond with quality technical specifications and solutions.
· Demonstrated ability to manage large numbers of different and often conflicting objectives/activities at one time.
· High energy, strong team player, creative thinker.
· Dynamic oral and written communication skills. Ability to work well with individuals from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
