About the Job
Conducts business process analysis and needs assessments in an effort to align information technology solutions with the business initiatives. Prepares functional, system and programming specifications using industry accepted practices. Participates in application testing and acceptance to ensure business community's needs are met. Must have at least 2-3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst on web application development projects. (Java, .Net) Must have a practical understanding of capabilities of website development, HTML, and user interfaces. Must have experience working with developers, customers, gathering requirements, and documenting findings. An understanding of Adobe products (Photoshop, etc..), Camtasia, and other web development tools is a plus.
