This is an amazing opportunity to join a market leading finance company and its team of highly ranked professionals to work closely with Business Analysts and IT Development Manager. Not only will you have the opportunity to pick up and utilise on your Business Analysis skills but also your technical IT skills from a Senior Member within the company who will be looking to guide, train and develop you (Opportunities which do not come round often)
Must have strong experience with liaising with users and technical team in the development of new Web Applications.
The Role
To act as the middle person between the end users and the IT department to ensure that the business identifies, documents and delivers the correct strategic and cost effective solution possible to benefit the business and its processes.
We are looking for a highly enthusiastic Business Analyst with 2+ years experience who will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders, subject matter experts and analysts to:
- Gather user requirements
- Document business requirements
- Analyse and document functional specifications to support the business then communicate these in technical terms to programmers, testers and team members
- Liaise with technical staff such as developers and designers
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Prepare training material for end users (pre or post implementation)
