IT Business Application Analyst recruitment

The opportunity
In this challenging role, you'll be a key member of our business analysis team, concerned with Information Architecture, Process Architecture and Application Architecture. Your primary focus will be on IT Business applications used to provide IT Service Management capabilities to other parts of our IT and our wider business community.
Your main job will be the requirement gathering, design and acceptance testing of new components and solutions. In addition, you'll be involved in change management initiatives within the user community, and potentially have your own sub-projects to manage independently. We expect you to communicate regularly with users and various decision-makers.
