System Engineer - Responsible for the administration and management of IT Systems within the System and Security Control Department of IT Centre. 

Main responsibiliites of the role include:  Administration and maintenance of IT systems on operating systems level and all relevant peripherals.  Assisting with annual Disaster Recovery testing.  Assisting with internal and external audits.  Engagement in projects when required by Head of Department

Experience required for the role:  Degree or equivalent in IT.  Experience of working with RS6000, PC Servers, desktops and laptops.  Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL-SERVER, AIX, DB2, Oracle and programming tools.  Basic knowledge of Linux, AS400, Informix, Intranet and Internet desirable.  Fluency in English and Mandarin essential

Operator - Assisting with the planning, developing and managing the delivery of all functions within the Operation Department of IT Centre.

Main responsibilities of the role include:  Carrying out helpdesk support duties.  Monitoring mission critical systems and following the incident management procedure to manage daily critical messages.  Adhoc duties as and when required by the Head of Department.

Experience required for the role:  Degree or equivalent in IT.  Experience of working within the IT department of a financial institution.  Fluency in English and Mandarin essential.

Budget  Planning Assistant - Assisting with the planning, developing and managing the delivery of all functions within the Operation Department of IT Centre.

Main responsibilities of the role include:  Preparing annual budgets for IT Centre.  Responsible for managing contracts and invoices of IT Centre.  Responsible for managing the incoming/outgoing documents to/from the IT Centre.  Responsible for workflow execution for IT Centre.  Responsible for annual budget allocation for IT Centre.  Assisting with the Helpdesk.  Adhoc duties as and when required by the Head of Department.

Experience required for the role:  Degree or equivalent in IT.  Experience of working within the IT department of a financial institution.  Fluence in English and Mandarin essential.
