IT Change & Planning recruitment
My client is in need of a Change and Planning Analyst to come on board and work within a wide range of activities across IT Change.
Duties and responsibilities include:
* Project management of Banking Service Maintenance,
* Production of monthly progress reports
* Management of It incidents impacting banking Services
* Shared line management responsibilities for the Change Planning Co-ordinators
In order to be considered for this role you must have:
* Previous experience managing/delivering large work streams with multiple deliverables
* Detailed knowledge of processes and systems used in at least one banking services division
* Ability to communicate confidently at all levels of seniority, both written and verbal
* Analytical problem solving skills
* Driven and determined individual who sees a task through to completion
