IT Change & Problem Manager Job in Loughton Ig10 3Fl, Southern Uk
Problem Manager- Loughton Based-Circa £40,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience)
Through the delivery of effective problem management, you will increase the stability of already installed systems, reduce the overall incident count and further contribute to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Providing a single point of contact for high level explanations, from the initial problem to the final resolution,
- Effectively managing the resolution with the appropriate 3rd line resolution groups
- Take ownership of problem resolution by managing 3rd party resolvers and by clearly communicating the issue to internal and external stake holders
- Infuse into the Service Delivery Team the importance of Problem Management
- Introducing new processes and policies to improve the use of ITIL Problem Management good practice
- Deliver Problem Management Plans and monthly reports
- Identify opportunities from Problem Management observations that allow for better utilisation and increase profitability.
- Where necessary construct a business cases and present to senior management where investment is required to eradicate particular problems.
You will have:
- Proven experience in Problem Management
- An IT industry background
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- The ability to build relationships
- Experience in building business cases and presenting to senior management
You will have:
- Qualified to ITIL Foundation level or similar
