The IT Client Service Officer will provide general IT support and review IT assets. This will comprise ensuring all hardware/software installations and routine upgrades are implemented according to group standards/policies. Liaising with International Support for issues related to technology requirements, support, problem resolution, upgrade and maintenance of system will also be required.

You will maintain accurate log entries of all problems and resolution with appropriate levels of supporting documentation. You will also play an active role in process improvement projects as required and provide telephone and face to face technical support to users regarding desktop issues. Liaising with local vendors for support and maintenance will also be expected of you. It is crucial to adhere to policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

A keen eye for detail and proficiency in MS-Word, Excel Project, PowerPoint and Outlook will be a perfect match for the role. A result focused individual with the ability to prioritise requests will be required.
