IT Compliance Manager Job in London City/Docklands Wc2n5dn, London Uk

We currently have a requirement for an IT Compliance Manager. This position sits within the Security Risk Management (SRM) Organisation and is focused on ensuring Aon's IT Compliance programme is effective for the UK.
 
As an IT Compliance Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
 
Successful completion of annual IT SOx programme concluding with satisfactory audit findings.
Successful IT FSA programme, including provision of evidence for audit or Arrow visits and support the needs of approved FSA persons within Aon.
Ensuring that the Aon IT Control Framework is maintained and updated to include all applicable standards regulation.
Successful management of PCI programme in relation to PCI-DSS standards and continued alignment to Aon Global strategy.
Ensuring that data loss events identified by Aon's DLP programme are appropriately managed by the Aon business.
The Development and maintenance of effective relationships with key stakeholders within Aon and external audit/regulators and other third parties to ensure:-
 IT compliance objectives are communicated and achieved.
The appropriate management of risks or issues arising.
Establishing new programmes to meet changing regulatory or organisation landscape as required.
Embedding a culture of continued improvement of existing IT compliance programmes.
Provision of IT Compliance subject matter expertise
Production of timely and appropriate management reporting of IT Compliance activities and status.
 
As an IT Compliance Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
 
Experience of working in an IT Compliance Role, preferably at manager level.
Experience of establishing and implementing IT Compliance programmes using an industry recognised framework (ie COBiT).
Strong SOx, FSA regulatory compliance and PCI DSS experience
Strong relationship management with key stakeholders including internal external audit and/or regulators.
Good understanding of COBiT or other industry recognised framework.
