Our client is a growing Investment Bank with offices dotted around the world. They are currently undergoing a restructure around their IT organisation and as a result have a need for an experienced and highly competent COO. You will be supporting a unit of c2500 headcount with a £350 million spend.
This is an excellent opportunity for an up and coming candidate to take on a brand new team with huge scope to make an impact. You will be facing off to senior management up to MD level so will have lot's of opportunity to prove yourself and develop your career.
Reporting to a global head you will take resposibility for EMEA with scope to grown into the global role.
Skills required:
- Prior experience as a COO/Head of Business Management or PMO for either an IT or business unit.
- You must be a self starter with bags of energy and enthusiasm
- Appetite to drive through change
