IT Delivery Manager Job in Warren, New Jersey Us

We are looking for a Delivery Manager for a 6 month project with a major financial client. This job is located in Warren, NJ.

Responsibilities:

* Manage E2E development and implementation of technology applications for assigned Genesis components
* Components will be in the domains of Data Acquisition, Reference data Risk Finance Matching, Regulatory reporting, Corporate reporting, Operational adjustments, Business process modeling, Operational control dashboards, User acceptance testing facilities and Data Mart publishing
* Lead in applying standard processes for scope/change management, risk management, issue management, quality assurance, project communications
* Responsible for delivery of strategic, cross-functional, high visible projects within time, cost, scope and quality defined boundaries, in accordance with the company's life cycle methodologies and disciplines
* Communicate to all technology, FRO and business stakeholders on a timely basis

Requirements:

* Minimum of 10-15 years managing software development projects in a matrix environment, preferably within the banking industry or comparable large company/consulting organization.
* Demonstrated architecture, design and delivery experience in the full lifecycle of data, from sourcing from multiple source systems using ETL and other means, defining data quality KPIs, constructing and implementing data quality rules, logical and physical data modeling, loading into data warehouse, building reporting data marts and constructing BI reports
* Strong verbal/written skills and the ability to effectively interface with internal business clients, operations teams, technical engineering teams, internal audit, senior management
* Knowledge of key financial services regulations such as Basel II / III, SOX, GLBA
* Prior experience in Financial Services, preferably in one of the following areas: Enterprise Risk, Compliance and Regulatory Reporting, Finance)
* Knowledge of standard Risk ManagementControl frameworks including COSO, COBIT, ITIL and regulatory guidelines including OCC and FFIEC are a plus
* Excellent follow-up skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task, have leadership presence, strong team-orientation and interpersonal skills, flexibility, and strong analytical skills
* Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a complex environment with multi-location team structure
