IT Developer PHP/MySQL/ExtJS
Our IT department is expanding and we need someone with PHP/MySQL experience to join our team. Our company is a highly successful manufacturer and marketer of it's own products. We have been in business for over 10 years and have international sales every year approaching 30 million dollars.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Strong knowledge of PHP/MySQL development
Happy with Apple Mac OS X and Linux systems, because their are no PC's here!
Knowledge of the ExtJS Javascript UI Framework is a big plus
Mobile web experience is also a big plus.
You should *LOVE* working with end users.
You should also be able to code in a team environment and be willing to learn our way of doings things from our existing 4 IT members.
Some knowledge of Photoshop, Basic CSS Design, and/or SEO would be a great plus.
You must also have a basic knowledge of common system admin tasks and be willing to learn new ones.
EXCELLENT communication skills are also required
Our IT Department wears many hats, so while this may be a software development position, you must also be willing to pitch in and do system maintenance, user training, and other tasks as needed.
We also have a very fun and social work environment. You must enjoy working in a group and interacting with lots of people on a daily basis.
Even though this is a development position, the ideal candidate will be more than just a coder. Our company is highly entrepreneurial, and we are looking for someone that is willing to take the initiative on exciting new projects and work with the other departments in our organization so you can gain knowledge of how they work so you can better support their needs.
