The Company:Leading Financial Firm
The Role:
- Manage and support all service incidents personally through to a satisfactory completion ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain the incident management process to the client’s satisfaction.
- Provide regular incident bulletins to the client, key stakeholders and the wider IT audience.
- Ensure effective and rapid response to major incidents.
- Ensure that any service breach is understood and documented
Your Profile:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively to both business and IT layers in fluent English and Japanese.
- Sound understanding of client facing Web based ordering systems and the technologies and development methodologies behind them.
- Appreciation of ITIL methodology.
- Proven experience of client relationship management and Service Delivery for high end corporate in a managed service environment.
- High level understanding of JDK (1.6), WebLogic (10.3.x), Oracle (9i /10g)
