Role Synopsis
 
Baker Hughes needs a IT Engineering Support person in The Woodlands, TX.  This position specializes in the engineering sector and gives you great exposure to the applications engineering department. 
 
 
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
 
Under limited supervision, responds to and diagnoses problems for enterprise-managed applications and systems and/or routine hardware, software, and network problems.  Interacts with vendors and other functional teams in order to restore services and correct core problems.  Handles and tracks routine incidents and problems escalated by the solutions center and provide resolutions.  Configures and deploys hardware in accordance with agreed upon SLAs.  Participates in on-call rotation.   Handles special projects as needed.
