Within our IT Services Cross-Organisation, IT Service Delivery is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of major programmes that impact a large cross section of the enterprise. These programmes are usually large in scale, strategic in nature and long in duration given their complexity.
Essential functions of the job:
- Provide the link between delivery leader and project manager in managing earned value achieved by assisting process for Earned Value sign off at every milestone or key deliverable
- Ensure a consistent approach is achieved in managing earned value across all work streams
- Own the Earned Value framework, conventions and reporting and coach the team appropriately
- Work with Budget Forecasting to provide the input regarding progress achieved and earned value by work stream.
