IT Help Desk recruitment

You will be responsible for providing business user support for the credit related system, supporting projects and providing general support to business users. Your role will include, but is not limited to, issue investigation, liaison with users and Head Office. Other duties will include arranging and conducting training for the new Global ZEUS system as well as keeping update to date and enhancing the data management infrastructure.

Other responsibilities will include administrative and ad hoc duties as required. 

Due to the nature of the business, fluency in English is essential and fluency in Japanese would be considered highly advantageous. Strong technical competencies, in particular Global ZEUS system knowledge is highly beneficial.

To be successful, in-depth banking knowledge, particularly of credit related arena is extremely beneficial to conduct this role.
