Programming:
Looking for 1-3 years of experience
90% is internal IT support for the company setting up computers, light programming, desktop support, troubleshooting, hardware/software installation, collects and processes forms for remote access, new users and application users, perform password resets for domain accounts.
10% will be external customer support with Website hosting issues, server issues etc
Requires 1-3 years of experience in help desk/IT support, basic understanding of PC hardware and connectivity components, strong knowledge of operating systems and company software. Solid customer service mindset needed along with excellent communication skills and a team player attitude. Must be punctual and reliable.
