IT Helpdesk Analyst Job in Herefordshire, Midlands UK
Our Client is an established and successful business looking for a proactive person to join their busy IT department.
As a first point contact for IT support issues, you will be answering, logging and managing calls through to closure, escalating to 2nd and 3rd line support as appropriate.
Required:
A good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Excellent communication skills.
This is a permanent position based in the Hereford area.
