IT Helpdesk Manager recruitment

A mid-sized international investment company is looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Manager.

Reporting to the Vice President (Information Technology), you will primarily responsible to manage the end-users IT support. Managing an IT team, you will work hands-on with the IT team to manage day-to-day computing support for Singapore office and overseas offices. You will manage the helpdesk and be responsible for the desktop environment.

Further, you will develop desktop architecture and solutions in drawing technology roadmap. You should foster technology innovation, and driving desktop projects.

Technically, you must be competent in Windows technology at both desktop and server end. You should also have knowledge on AV technology.

You should have a Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. You should have at least 10 years of related working experience in a banking or financial institutions. The areas of experience include on-site desktop suppot to VIP and C-Level excutives, service management and team management.

To excel, you must have good English communication and interpersonal skills. You should be confident and self-motivated. Further, you must be professional and well presented to work in an international community.

Occasional international travelling will be required.
