Report It Job Description: Call Center Representative Needed Now in Las Vegas, NV! Spherion is currently working with a dynamic Fortune 500 organization in efforts to assist them an experienced Call Center Representative needed in Las Vegas, NV. Job Description: The Helpdesk Support Representative takes incoming calls from internal customers regarding technical issues. They must ask probing questions to determine the root cause of the issue and locate and follow approved trouble shooting procedures to resolve the problem. Helpdesk Support Representatives are required to record calls in the system for tracking and monitoring of case status and resolution. This is a seven day operation and the position requires the individual to be flexible to do shift work, weekends and holidays. PAY RATE $12.45 SCHEDULE: FELXIBLE Job Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year call-taking, customer service experience in a call center environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills; effective interpersonal skills. Excellent reading comprehension, listening and speaking skills. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Strong quality orientation; attention to detail; ability to learn and adhere to compliance/audit requirements. Strong organization and follow up skills; ability to effectively multi-task and maintain composure in a high-volume environment. Ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team. Solid business acumen and process orientation. Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion. Solid technical aptitude (i.e. ability to navigate through online systems, manipulate screens and utilize a computer keyboard while conversing with members over the phone). Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Demonstrated reliability and dependability.
