IT Helpdesk Support Job in Westminster, Colorado US

This is for a multi-media corporation that deals with services providing services in video conferencing, audio conferencing, web conferencing, streaming and video network management services and equipment by using web-based self-service solutions.
The job entails working on the customer service help desk and answering and pro-actively making calls to resolve customer issues.
Escalating 3rd party agents to dispatch and repair faults to meet our service level agreements.
Front line, technically-aware customer service agents who demonstrate excellent customer care skills (e.g. owning, driving, communicating/updating) such that customers that callare left 'delighted' with the experience. This position encompasses the end-to-end management of multimedia conferences (video, audio, web, streaming, etc.) from conference reservation to technical support. The Collaboration Specialist is the first point of customer contact and is responsible for the facilitation and execution of all customer conferencing requests.

Minimum requirements:
Customer Service Skills :Experience in a fast paced customer service/call centre environment.
Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Foreign languages skills are a plus.
Computer/Technical Skills Experience with Microsoft Windows based computing, including Microsoft Word and Excel; Experience with Web-based applications; Previous experience with videoconferencing or other technical environment a benefit; multimedia and video streaming. experience required, laptop application experience (Movi) required.
Education/Qualifications Educated to a high school (GCSE) level required; a college (university) degree is preferred, or the equivalent in experience.
Any industry recognized certifications (e.g. CVE) would be a benefit.
