IT Helpdesk Support recruitment

The role provides telephone support to all business lines, with focus on the U.S. lines of business during U.S. overnight periods. You will assist users with technical issues, processing or request procedures, system status and network connectivity. You will document and resolve basic break fix problems and escalate through appropriate channels, track status, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.

You are a confident self-starter with a passion for professional customer service. You will possess a higher diploma/degree in the area of IT and possess a minimum of 1-year hands on experience as a technical support analyst. Your knowledge of computer hardware and software will be utilised, as well as your experience with supporting Rightfax systems, Windows XP, Active Directory, Windows 2003, MSOffice 2003, Microsoft IE 6.0, and e-mail platforms. An excellent team player, you will have excellent communication skills, with fluent English and good telephone manner. Finally, you will be able to work flexible hours, on a 5-day work week (Mon-Sun) and some public holidays.
