My Client, a leading IT solutions company in Milton Keynes seeks various IT Helpdesk Analysts for full time vacancies

Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise workload
Previous experience in IT Desktop service environment preferred but not essential as training can be provided
Responsible for all 1st line technical issues via telephone
Able to take ownership of issues, log calls and issues on Remedy Call Management and resolve where possible.
Escalation of issues to support members and chase these up to meet the demands of the customer
Troubleshooting Microsoft Office issues including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook
Resetting passwords using Active directory
