IT Infrastructure Manager Job Description: Our client, a start up company focused in social business intelligence solutions providing unmatched guest satisfaction, consumer intelligence, and competitive insight for the Restaurant, Hospitality, and Retail industries, is looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager to join their team in Washington, DC. Job Summary: The IT Infrastructure Manager is directly responsible for supporting all hardware, software applications, and networks used to run the business. This leader owns asset and inventory management for all business assets and will manage vendors providing technology services. Responsibilities: - Deliver technical support to all staff issues with outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and timeliness within the organization's budget - Manage Asset/Inventory Control of business assets, ensure adequate coverage for inbound and outbound processing of IT Equipment, and ensure accurate tracking of applicable IT equipment - Provide Tier 1 systems support for nBA's SaaS products - Plan for and accommodate all employee hiring/move requests, and ensure all work orders for hardware and software installations are handled in a timely manner - Provide Level 2 support and troubleshooting of end user systems, specifically hardware platforms and software applications; this includes implementation and utilization of hardware and software for both field and corporate locations. - Maintain corporate video conferencing facilities - Support internal CRM, Sales force management and other 3rd party applications Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field - At least 5 years of PC Tech support management experience - Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook - Experience with processing of IT equipment - Demonstrated communication and presentation skills - Demonstrated organizational and problem solving skills - Ability to deal with internal employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service oriented attitude Required Skills for IT Infrastructure Manager Job: MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE CLOUD EXPERIENCE SECURITY About TEKsystems: Join TEKsystems reg; and get your career on the fast track.
