IT Intern
One of Randstad's premier clients is in search of 2 interns to help with a company wide IT installation. The position will be customer service oriented and will require heavy phone usage. Their organization will be upgrading all computer systems and need your assistance. The interns will be responsible for answering calls from all of the client's offices and remotely installing all company required software. There will be phone calls relating to issues prior to, during, and after installation. This is a temporary position near downtown Tampa and it will be about 25 hours per week with an hourly pay rate of $15.00 per hour. The project will run from December 2011 thru April 2012 - LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE.
Working hours: Monday thru Friday
The responsibilities will be:
- Answer phone calls from staff
- Remotely engage in software installation for staff computers - MS Office, etc.
- Ability to install all company required software on computers remotely
- Familiar with IP addresses
- Ability to handle 20 - 30 phone calls per day
