As an intern in our IT department, you will work with our IT team on providing troubleshooting solutions to employees onsite and remotely. We are only seeking highly motivated, independent workers to work full-time in this position.
Essential functions of the position:
• Plan and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks.
• Provide prompt support to employees in person, via e-mail and telephone.
• Manage Microsoft products, hardware and software.
• Install, modify and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Bachelor's degree in computers or related field preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office and Windows.
• Proven ability to perform troubleshooting on Windows based computers.
• A+ Certification preferred.
