This position will be responsible for ensuring a sustainable compliance for JDE ERP related SOX Cycles as part of the JDE Service Operations group responsible for JDE Support and Security.

Primary Responsibilities will include the following;

Ensure sustainable compliance for JDE through the continuous execution and improvement of DCMs, controls, processes and testing with the goal to ensure compliance and minimize business and compliance risk.

Owner for DCF JDE SOX Cycles. Specifically JDE Security Administration, DSI Security Administration, OMW, CNC, Oracle Logical Security and Unix Logical Security

Perform minimum yearly reviews of key SOX compliance elements, identifying and addressing changes required to maintain compliance or reduce risk and effort. This includes DCM's, Controls, Procedures Work Instructions, and SOX tests.

Monitor, review and approve execution of periodic SOX controls

Coordinate, review and approve execution of quarterly SOX testing

Primary JDE point of contact for internal and external audits

Manage Security Administration services outsourced to GA. Ensure compliance to procedures. Manage service escalations, customer quality and SLAs.

Own and implement any JDE remediation resulting from audits, failed testing or self-identified.

Drive and contribute to the standardization of compliance across MDD JDE.
Work closely with JDE peers, IT Compliance and Corporate Internal Audit to: Standardize the interpretation of compliance requirements across the JDE environments. Identify and leverage best practices. Lead or participate in teams created to address specific JDE compliance concerns. Drive the leveraging of shared teams through the standardization of processes.

Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required. A minimum of 4 years of related IT experience is required. Prior experience with JDE or other ERP systems is preferred. Prior experience in JDE Security Administration is preferred. SOX Compliance experience is preferred.

Strong communication skills are required to manage security team and collaboration with peers, business partners and auditors. Strong analytical skills are required to understand requirements and lead the design of controls and processes that meet the requirements in the most efficient way possible. Detail orientation and good planning skills are required in order to effectively manage and ensure the execution of all SOX controls and testing.
