IT Management Reporting recruitment

Responsibilities:

Perform regular MIS reporting for Senior IT Finance team / client face which includes high level commentaries, cost, headcount analysis covering trend, variance, MOM, YTD, forecast and budgets.

• Ensure BAU / key deliverables are produced in an efficient, effective, professional, accurate and timely manner including month end flash forecast, 3 mth rolling forecast.

• Drive IT finance wide standardisation of best practice of our monthly procedures which will result in process efficiencies and savings.

• Value add reporting - drive continual improvement of the reports made available to our client facing support team.

• Reports have to be accurate, timely, and understandable, leveraging excel knowledge of macros and access databases to make all information as accessible as possible (includes the mgmt forecast template)

• Drive knowledge sharing and collaboration across Global IT.

•Working across regions in your client facing support role to develop and maintain global cross-team relationships and ensure a unified and consistent approach to IT finances.

• Support the annual budget forecast process, ensure a clear and concise structured plan is in place for the budgeting/forecasting

• Support and transition of activities from the Global IT Business Intelligence (BI) function to Asia Pacific and continued support and analysis to the BI team.

• Set up an IT Client Face folder in the Finance MI SharePoint that stores the relevant BI information communications around budget, team plans, ETAs status, etc.

• Co-ordinate Budget Transfers relating to IT.

• Review monthly accruals/prepayments, including ageing and provide updates to client?face team?prior to month end.

• Lead any special reviews / initiatives / projects to cover financial requirements for IT.

• Manage Deal Review Board Process for IT spend approval process.

• Maintain SAP static data to ensure the MI reporting is accurate on a monthly basis.

Person Requirements

Part / Qualified accountant with 4+yrs in Cost accounting, budgeting and analysis.

Strong Excel skills, can develop financial models,Automation of models, strong PC skills including presentation skills (powerpoints / graphs / charts).

SAP Business Warehouse experience an Advantage.
